CRAFT SHOW PURCHASE: All
items that I make are 100% handmade, so there are inherent characteristics that are a natural part of the process, as working
time is limited with acrylic.
As a Craft Shoiw exhibitor, customers that participate at craft shows are aware of the
inherent nature of handmade products.
**All items purchased at craft shows are final sale and non-refundable. Items cannot
be exchanged.
Klear Designs is not responsible for damaged items after point of sale, regardless of time, as we do not have control
over customer handling.
Klear Designs takes great pride in product quality, and assure that product is
good for sale prior to public presentation, and customer transactions/sale.
Klear Designs also encourages customer to assure that product
is of integrity before leaving showroom.
We do not take back used product, regardless of time passed when purchased.
** If for any reason, excetion is made to above policy, then items that are being
exchanged must be received in good quality original condition. If item received is damaged, broken, or scratched, from
either customer installation methods or return shipping, then the original item will be returned, and shipped back to
customer, and special exception becomes null and void.
INTERNET PURCHASE: All items purchased ON INTERNET are final sale and non-refundable. Items
cannot be exchanged.
Pay Pal/credit card page has the option for insurance to be
purchased at the time of internet transaction, Klear Designs suggests that if you are concerned about delivery handling, then
purchase insurance. Klear Designs is not responsible for damaged items, and picture frame glass, after point
of sale, as we do not have control over delivery company handling.

order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately.

item will have a slight Variation from what photo is posted.

Designs is not responsible for damaged items during shipping. All items are hand packed, with best efforts, and surrounded
with ''bubble'' wrap.
Customer can have the option of insurance
at time of purchase, but not after item has been shipped.
Any vehicle
of Non-sufficient funds are subject to $25.- surcharge... ( This includes Credit & Debit cards).
